K B Madhusudanan. who draws under the nom-de-plume of ‘MADHOOS’ was born on 31st May 1968, at Trissur as the son of .K.V Bhaskaran and Devaky. He is married to M.S.Jayasree.
He did his M.A ( Med) and M.Ed. He runs a cartoon column titled ‘Varthamanam’ in Keraleeyam monthly,Trissur and 'Pankayam' in Arivu magazine ,Trivandrum.
He presently works as Sr.Assistant, Electricity Dept., Trissur Corporation, Trissur. He is a 4 times winner in caricature competition conducted by Cartoon Academy and a 2 time winner of SAJAN KUDUMBILAN AWARD for best caricature.One of his caricatures was selected by Hindustha Times for an exhibition also.
